On Monday night we had a fitting farewell dinner which involved bubbles (very appropriate), delicious caramised onion chicken, chocolate peanut butter pie (made by me) and night swimming!!

It was Mathew's last chance to go night swimming so we did! Just this last week the temperature has dropped here in Perth. Would have been more sensible to night swim in the peak of summer, but alas what can we do. The sand was cold but the water was still warm and an excellent way to send Mathew off after a wonder summer in Perth.
